State-of-the-art AI tools for faster, more accurate and more cost-effective preclinical research at scale.

A portfolio of AI technologies for preclinical imaging, each one recovering measurements that today cost reagents, cell culture and hours of manual work. All of them run on the instruments and protocols you already have.

01EasyStain

Predicting tau immunofluorescence directly from brightfield microscopy, without manual staining

EasyStain reads the molecular signal out of a label free brightfield image, then detects and quantifies tau aggregates with per cell resolution across whole populations. The staining step drops out of the workflow, reagents stay in the fridge, and every prediction is benchmarked against matched immunofluorescence so confidence in each readout stays measurable.

Two panels side by side: a label-free brightfield field of cells on the left, and the tau immunofluorescence EasyStain predicts from it on the right, with per-cell tau values of 0.86 and 0.04 marked on two cells.
02DynaLink

Long-term tracking of T-cell trajectories for enhanced cell behavior analysis at scale.

DynaLink is a state-of-the-art tracker that predicts consistent cell tracking trajectories robust to occlusions, shape changes and shifts in motion between scanning and attack. It holds one identity per cell for the length of a long acquisition, keeping the behaviour that only exists at long horizons observable: serial killing, T cell fitness, and whether a kill actually happened.

Two panels side by side of the same acquisition: on the left, conventional tracking splits five cells into nineteen track ids, with identity switches marked where cells occlude; on the right, DynaLink returns five track ids for the same five cells, bridging the occlusion gaps.
